Shree Jain Sangh Khinwara respects the privacy of every community member. This policy explains what information the app holds and how it is used.
WHAT WE STORE
• Directory details provided by the Sangh committee and by you: name, family details, gotra, native village, contact numbers, email, education, profession, blood group, addresses, date of birth and anniversary.
• A profile photo, if you choose to upload one.
LOGIN
• You sign in with your registered mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). The app never stores a password.
WHO CAN SEE YOUR DETAILS
• Your details are visible only to members of the community inside this app.
• The matrimony section shows limited profiles of unmarried adult members only.
• Your information is never sold and never shared outside the community app.
WHERE IT IS KEPT
• Data is stored in a secure cloud database. Photos are kept in private cloud storage and served through short-lived secure links.
YOUR CHOICES
• You can edit your own profile and family details from the Profile tab at any time.
• To correct or remove your information entirely, contact the Sangh office (see About & Contact) and it will be done for you.
